Built on the slopes of Mt. Lawu, Candi Sukuh (15th C.) is an "erotic" temple." The stone inlay undoubtedly has connections with fertility worship.

Set near the town of Blitar in East Java, the Panataran Complex took more than 250 years to build. The first buildings in this Hindu site date from the 12th Century.
